Practitioners and appointments

Dr Kurt Avouris practises through K.A. Osteopathy Pty Ltd. Other practitioners at the clinic operate through their own companies or as sole traders and maintain their own professional indemnity cover. Your treating practitioner is responsible for the clinical services they provide. Ask the clinic or your practitioner if you need to confirm the business providing your appointment.

Appointment availability and fees may differ between practitioners. Check online booking for the price of your selected appointment. The price guide provides additional information. Any applicable appointment cancellation terms should be provided when you book; contact the clinic if you need to change or cancel an appointment.

Gift voucher delivery and validity

Gift vouchers are delivered by email or provided in person at the clinic. Please check the recipient details when purchasing and contact us if a voucher email does not arrive.

Purchased gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. Keep the voucher details and proof of purchase. If an older purchased voucher shows a shorter expiry period, contact us so we can review it in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Using a gift voucher

Gift vouchers can be applied toward eligible services at Toowoon Bay Osteopathy. Book an appointment online or by phone and provide the voucher details when paying. Appointment availability and clinical suitability still apply.

The cost of the service is deducted from the voucher balance. Any remaining balance can be used for later appointments within the validity period, until the balance is exhausted. If an appointment costs more than the available balance, the difference is payable.

A voucher may be purchased as a gift for an intended recipient. Once issued to that recipient, it is not transferable to another person without the clinic’s agreement. Contact us if voucher details are lost so we can check the purchase and remaining balance.

Gift voucher refunds

Unused gift voucher balances are refundable on request. Contact info@toowoonbayosteopathy.com or call (02) 4303 0540 with the voucher details and proof of purchase. We may need to verify the purchaser and remaining balance before arranging the refund.

Refunds are made to the original purchaser, using the original payment method where practicable. Refunded voucher credit is cancelled. A change-of-mind refund of unused credit does not refund services already received. This does not limit any refund or other remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. These rights apply in addition to the voucher refund policy above.

Website use, copyright and third-party services

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit misleading information. Unless otherwise identified, website material is owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder. You may view, download or print material for personal reference. Other use requires permission unless permitted by law.
